Climate Democracy: The Role of Independent Advisory Bodies & Courts in the EU

One of the members of our advisory board, Dr Joana Setzer, has organised together with her co-PI Professor Annalisa Savaresi, the Strengthening Democratic Governance for Climate Transitions (RETOOL) workshop on Climate Democracy: The Role of Independent Advisory Bodies and Courts in the EU at the London School of Economics (London, 27/28 January 2025).

Professor Christina Eckes is one of the speakers at the event and will present in the roundtable on the democratic consequences of climate litigation in the European Union.
