A lecture with Corina Heri
Corina Heri is an Assistant Professor of Constitutional and Administrative Law at Tilburg Law School at Tilburg University. Her research interests include human rights and climate change, the role of courts in the face of strategic and public interest litigation, and the law’s relationship with vulnerability. She is the author of the monograph Responsive Human Rights (Hart Publishing, 2021) and is pursuing a Habilitation at the University of Zurich on the topic of strategic and public interest litigation.
Dr. Heri serves as the co-deputy director for Europe of the Global Network on Human Rights and the Environment (GNHRE). She is also a current Re:Constitute fellow (2024-2025 cohort).
