Climate Litigation before the Belgian Constitutional Court

We are honoured to welcome Prof. Luc Lavrysen, President of the Belgian Constitutional Court, and Dr. Sarah Lambrecht, Référendaire at the Court, for an engaging discussion on the evolving role of the Belgian Constitutional Court in climate litigation. The seminar will explore the Court’s unique structure and competences and examine key climate-related cases before the Court, including those brought by actors not traditionally aligned with environmental activism.
