Advances in Climate Litigation

On 11 December, Professor Christina Eckes gave a presentation to The Institute for Environmental Futures as part of their seminar series on Climate Change, Energy Transition and Sustainability. 

She was asked to speak about Advances in Climate Litigation and Christina gave an overview of current climate cases against states and also against companies. Christina’s broad argument was in support of climate litigation making a positive contribution to the democratic process.
